Q. will my internet slow down over time?
A. It is possible, if it does please contact us immediatly to rectify the problem.

Q. What does the Transfer Limit mean?
A. This is total transfer of all data both upload and download in a givin month

Q. What happens if I exceed the Transfer Limit?
A. We will contact you the first time this happens to resolve the problem, if you continue to go over your Transfer Limit we will increase you to the next plan up.

Q. What is 1mbps?
A. 1mbps is equal to 1024kbps. When downloading a file you will typicaly see 1mbps as 100KB/s

Q. Is acts of god covered in my service plan?
A. No, flooding, lightening, high wind, and any damage caused by nature, the power grid, or any other outside source will be repaired at your expense.

Q. Is support for my router included in my service plan?
A. No. If we provided the router, we will warranty it for the length of the manufacturers warranty only, this warranty will be In Shop Only.
